Our last day of school for 2017 was a lot of fun! We loved seeing so many students and their loved ones at the Waffle Breakfast, the All-School Sing Along was lovely, and we even managed to squeeze in some learning throughout the day! We are so grateful for this delightful batch of kindergarteners-we feel blessed to spend our days with them, and look forward to reuniting after he break in 2018! Warm wishes for happy holidays and a healthy, joyful new year!

Today, the kids took a MobyMax math assessment, and they are now set to use the MobyMax program on any device with wifi any time it works for you! MobyMax is a web-based curriculum (the license is purchased by the Woodland PTO) that supplements what the children are learning at school as well as adapting to individual learning needs.
Login information went home today, and if your child was not at school today, we will send their login information home as soon as they complete the initial assessment. PLEASE NOTE: WHEN THE KIDS ARE WORKING ON MOBYMAX, THE PROGRAM AUTOMATICALLY ADJUSTS TO THEIR NEEDS BASED ON CORRECT AND AND INCORRECT ANSWERS. THEREFORE, IF YOUR CHILD IS STRUGGLING WITH A QUESTION, PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THEM THE ANSWER! YOU CAN PROVIDE STRATEGIES AND MODEL WITH SIMILAR PROBLEMS, BUT THEY NEED TO JUST SHOW WHAT THEY KNOW. THANK YOU! YOU CAN ACCESS MOBYMAX WITH THE BUTTON LINK BELOW: *School Code is mn2468 The last school day of 2017 will be this Thursday, the 21st! Thank you all so much for your help and support! The Kindergarten Teachers |
